National infrastructure before everyday internet
AT&M's insurance-registration system moved from records sent on floppy disks through the mail to direct modem transfer and then to a Linux, Free Pascal and PostgreSQL web architecture. Its protocol became part of Brazilian logistics operations and its server foundation remained in production for decades.

Industrial EDI at the center of just-in-time operations
Also through AT&M, 3M Brazil's EDI system connected the country's vehicle manufacturers to the company's just-in-time planning. Its first version used Embratel's STM400 service to exchange files with BPCS and OLOPS, through VB6 and DB2 bridges into the mainframe. The system remains in operation, preserving the same technological lineage over the years.

From mainframe healthcare networks to paint-mixing machines
The period included a healthcare-network sizing system for insurer Vera Cruz, now Mapfre, importing, processing and returning data to COBOL mainframe systems. It also included the embedded-PostgreSQL base software for Coral's first generation of paint-mixing machines — a physical, distributed application that was especially advanced for its time.

Continuity under pressure
After a coordinated departure of the technical staff, AT&M's operation was stabilized, maintained and transferred to a newly trained team. The technology continued while the organization rebuilt itself.

Mature systems can still evolve
Work at Avanço Informática moved through PostgreSQL performance, COBOL Micro Focus file limits, the iVisual web interface and now CoBot and IDASS: two initiatives to extend a proven ERP and support the people maintaining large COBOL estates.

Recovering data after the usual path ends
Disaster-recovery work for accounting offices affected by ransomware, in recurring cooperation with Alterdata support, established an evidence-driven practice with consistently strong recovery outcomes.

Performance, voice and connected retail
This period brought PostgreSQL optimization and web experiments in a VoIP operation, followed by LT2 for Linear Sistemas. The file transporter remains embedded in more than 9,000 stores, with no reported corrective-maintenance history.

O Algorista and Bitcoin's early years in Brazil
Technical participation on Bitcointalk, contributions incorporated into Bitcoin Core and a central role in Brazil's first Bitcoin conference at FGV in 2014 formed a public chapter of research, code and community.
